Sheila Almendro: Equativ offers flexible work arrangements including remote work options. This flexibility help us manage our work life balance in a more effective way. I have personally benefited from this hybrid work model. As I live a considerable distance from the office myself. Equativ fosters a positive workplace through initiatives such as teambuilding activities. I have taken part in various teambuilding activities such as escape rooms, go karting, team dinners, cooking classes, indoor skydiving, and our very famous seminars held abroad. Equativ also invests in professional development through training programs, skill building workshops and opportunities for career advancement.
