My clients chose to buy with eQ Homes for three reasons. One, the location. Two, the price, and the third and most important, their Better Basement program. After considering all the options with other builders, they definitely felt that the system that was being offered for the basements was superior to the other builders they considered
and my clients are very happy with their decision.
What is your favourite thing about working with eQ Homes?
Without a doubt, my favorite thing about working with eQ Homes is the people. From the staff in the office, to the staff on site, somehow they have collectively found a group of people that genuinely care about their product and their customer service. From my experience, the customer service and the high quality product just make this an amazing company to work with.
Do you have any advice for homebuyers currently in the market for a new home?
My advice for home buyers currently in the market for a new home is to do your homework. Don't be afraid to ask the hard questions. What is the builder doing to build a better product? What is the builder's involvement with their communities and with their current homeowners? What is the builders track record? I personally have seen eQ Homes go above and beyond industry standards time and time again, and it's always my pleasure to work with this builder.
