What is one piece of advice you’d give for more purposeful working -- or something you’ve implemented for better meeting efficiency?
I've been asked if I can give a little bit of insight on how I think we can be or how one can be a little bit more efficient with, with your time. Um, the place I would go hunting for time back is in the dreaded weekly meeting. Uh, we can all end up with a lot of them in our diaries. Um, I, I don't think there's any weekly meeting that can't be reduced from an hour to half an hour or moved from a weekly cadence to a biweekly cadence or longer. Um, so I would, I would say look there to see whether, whether that, that is a really efficient use of your time, what's going on with those, um, meetings, um, with the time that you can get back from that or what I've tried to do. Um, where I think the most value for me is in using any time I can but can get back, uh, for 1 to 1. I think it's really, really important for everybody to be able to connect in a, in a really meaningful way. And it's better when you're doing it, um, in that environment than in these in a, in a, in a sort of more broader group um session. Um So there's, there's loads that we could all be doing. I'm sure we've all got loads of brilliant ideas. Um But I hope that that's a, a one useful one useful. So, thanks.
