Tiffany M.: Hi, my name is Tiffany and I'm an Account Manager here at Epitec. My customers are consistently looking for Software Engineers specifically with embedded C, C++ P rogramming, Python, and Autosar.
Tiffany M.: Some trends that I'm observing with my customers regarding job openings would be a higher need or demand for Software Engineers. Anywhere from Java, Embedded C, C++ programming experience, as well as test automation experience.
Tiffany M.: A skill that's in high demand right now with my customers is going to be cloud experience, specifically Google cloud platform or GCP.
Tiffany M.: What I'm most excited for this upcoming year around staffing and recruiting is relationship building with my customers, networking and growth. I think that 2024 is going to be a great year and I think we will have a lot of opportunities with our clients.
