Noelle Dela Cruz: So right now, I am currently sourcing for a talent acquisition specialist. What we are looking for is just an individual who can help manage all the recruiting activities from screening candidates to developing different reports to helping the candidates go through screening as well as helping them through the whole process of on boarding all the way to off boarding. Um Essentially what we're looking for within a candidate as well is someone who has really good communication skills and someone who has really good relationship building capabilities.
Noelle Dela Cruz: This position is currently located in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey on a hybrid schedule for a day's working on site and one day remote.
Noelle Dela Cruz: I would say that a cool feature about this job is just the relationships that we are able to build with these candidates. I think that when we get to know them on a personal level, it just helps build um our company's rapport and then, you know, just that feeling at the very end when we do place them somewhere, um they just show how much gratitude and appreciation they have for all the hard work that you've put in.
Noelle Dela Cruz: The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, good at communication, able to build relationships also proficient within Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Um and then also proficient within workday, which is an HR S system and then scheduling experience as well as customer service experience.
