Noelle: Hi guys, I am currently sourcing for a senior program manager position.
Noelle: Um the individual that I am looking for or a good candidate for this position is just an individual who is able to look at a project on a larger scope of the scale, you know, are they able to not only manage projects but also the project managers who are in charge of those pages positions? Are they meeting expectations, whether that's on quality or whether that's on time within budget? Are these individuals also,
Noelle: This is a remote position that requires you to be local within the Chicago, Illinois area or the Richardson Texas area.
Noelle: The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience um from 5 to 7 years, more of a senior level position. Also looking for experience within the health care industry project portfolio and R management experience also the ability to um work with a very large size budget, perhaps multimillion dollar budget.
Noelle: And um just also an individual who is able to mentor others to reach success.
