The purpose of this role is to manage workforce planning in a contact center. Which means that you would be making sure there are enough staff members available to handle customer calls efficiently. You will be successful in this role if you have experience in forecasting and at least three years of experience working in a contact center specifically and planning workforce needs across multiple locations. Having familiarity with software that helps with scheduling and forecasting is essential to be successful in this role.
Erica Dazo: This position is on site in Plano Texas. You are required to go on site Monday through Thursdays and work from home on Fridays.
