Speaker: Andrew K.
Andrew K.: One position that I'm usually consistently working on throughout the year is uh recruiters. Um, I'm the one who's usually interviewing and, uh, you know, sourcing and bringing in all of the new recruiters that are starting with our company.
Andrew K.: This position is located in our beautiful Southfield office in Michigan. Um So we're typically always looking for, uh you know, more recruiters in the Metro Detroit area. Uh We also look around like the Chicago area, the, the quad cities area there on the border of Illinois and Iowa, as well as the Dallas Fort Worth area in Texas. Um For those areas, the position is remote um for the local Michigan candidates. This is a hybrid position. Um Typically, the standard is that you come in at least two days a week and that you can work from home, the remaining three days of the week.
Andrew K.: One of the coolest features of this position, in my opinion, are the different clients that you'd be able to work with from time to time and also the different industries that you would be recruiting for.
Andrew K.: The ideal candidate for a recruiting position with us. Um Someone with a Bachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA. That, that's typically a firm requirement for this position. Um Outside of that, you know, um previous experience recruiting isn't required. Um Obviously, it's always going to be looked upon positively if you have that background with recruiting, but really, um any sort of background in just like a sales based role, um even like a customer service based role, whether you're a, a call center agent, if you're working in retail, if you're working in the food service industry, any position where you're interacting with people, a large volume of people on a day to day basis, that is the type of like ideal background that we're typically looking for in candidates for this position.
