Alexis Rojas: Hi, my name is Alexis and I'm a recruiter at Epitec I'm currently looking for a senior project manager to join one of our leading clients teams. The majority of this individual's focus will be on an LIMS rewrite from Cobol to Java. And this individual will facilitate workshops and lead business analysts to gather and define requirements into technical specifications. Ensure in-house and offshore development team members complete development, coordinate testing internally and through UAT phases as well as focusing on driving better PM processes around areas like project planning for strategy, road maps planning, annual project spend and providing status updates and reports to the various projects within the portfolio.
Alexis Rojas: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be in office 25 to 50% of the time. And it's open to candidates local to Atlanta, Georgia Corns, Mississippi, Nashville, Tennessee or Dallas, Texas.
Alexis Rojas: A great feature about this role is we have a long standing relationship with this client. We currently have over 100 and 50 employees there and depending on performance in this role, this contract can extend or even be a contract to hire.
Alexis Rojas: The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree A PMP certification and 5 to 7 years of project management experience handling complex projects with links of 18 to 24 months. They'll also have experience with Microsoft project planning Office 365 Suite and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. This person would also be very heavily organized, have attention to detail and have strong communication skills, the ability to communicate at different levels of the organization.
