Hi, my name is Catherine. I'm a recruiter with up and I'm looking for a manufacturing tooling engineer. This is a local hybrid opportunity for our client based in Dearborn Michigan and a quick overview of the skills that they are looking for. Um as someone that could be a tool maker who moved into design or program management or is currently a manufacturing engineer at a manufacturing site, someone who really knows tool construction is really what they're looking for the tools, best practices and how to estimate costs and timing builds of tools. So looking for someone with effective communication, strategic sourcing strategies, as well as that experience with tool making, whether that was in the construction or design experience with the tooling. Also someone that has vendor tooling negotiation experience, you will be working with vendors having strong negotiation skills and also someone that has more automation background, maybe with machining and robotics.
