What problem was your company dealing with before using Faith Enroll and how did Faith Enroll resolve this?
Kristen Tester: We were dealing with paper registrations and trying to keep track of everything um with manual records such as Excel sheets. Um So writing it down on paper that it happened that the payment was made documenting it in Excel. Uh and then even transferring it over to our um accounting system.
What feedback have you heard from the folks who have gone through registration?
Kristen Tester: As with any system that's new. Um, you're gonna get some, some hiccups. Um So we did have a few people who needed some help along the way. Um But overall, especially from our more tech savvy parents, um, they loved it. They love that they could just get online at any time. That was easy for them, finish up this registration, make their payment and they didn't have to send in anything in paper. Um hoping that the mail got it to us or delivering it in person.
How did the site implementation & training go?
Kristen Tester: There was definitely a learning curve when it came to trying out this new system. Uh I'm so thankful for Trish. Um She helped us obviously along the way. Um And she gave us the training videos on how to make sure we knew what to do and where to go for. Um the data that we needed later on.
Do you have any feedback on things we could improve upon?
Kristen Tester: Well, I did love having Trish there to, you know, hold our hands and get us going on it. I do wish the system was a little bit more. Uh, do it yourself. Um, because there are a few of us on staff that can pick up things pretty quickly. And so having a more user friendly tool, um would be a nice situation. Um But again, I am thankful for all of the help that the faith enroll team provided. Um And I now feel like we can do it ourselves.
