How many pounds are you down on the scale?

Lorena Hampton: To answer the question, how many pounds are you down on the scale? I'm on day two and I'm down £2.

What were your biggest takeaways from John and Chelsea's coaching?

Lorena Hampton: My biggest takeaways from John and Chelsea's coaching was teaching me what I didn't know. I didn't know what, I didn't know. I thought I knew it all. Um, and I pulled out some journals this morning. This is my active one. This is the one that I'm actually going through with John and Chelsea right now with the hydration challenge with everything that if I was to go all the way back and start; this one starts in 2014. So these were weights and measurements and macros and recipes and what to eat and when to eat and how to work out. And here's all these workouts and don't forget your 8 8 ounce glasses of water. I mean, I just didn't know any better. Nowhere in either of these books until my 555 challenge started, did I understand Cellular Hydration? And so that is going to be the biggest takeaway for me because it's the root of everything.

What would you say about the challenge to someone who needs a health transformation?

Lorena Hampton: When I first read about the 555 challenge, at first, I thought, oh, here we go again, another plan, another program. But I figured $5 for five days of information about hydration, which is actually what I was after because I know I'm overcaffeinated and under hydrated. And what amazed me is here I thought I knew everything there was to know about leading a healthy lifestyle. Only to be shockingly surprised that I knew nothing about cellular hydration. It a doctor has, I'm almost angry about it. A doctor has never once said you're dehydrated and just drinking water isn't going to do it for you. And just the way John and Chelsea present it is so easy to understand. So I would just recommend anybody who feels that they could benefit from a boost in their health is just take the plunge, do the challenge, see if then the VIP and then the protocol is right for you, but you literally have nothing to lose. And I'm very excited about the journey that's laying ahead of me.
