Jean Aldridge : Hello everyone. My name is Jean Marie. I live in the midwest and beautiful Arkansas near the foothills of the Ozarks. I have the honor of being a Health Coach. I joined Energized Health family after my first lap, helped me get off Synthroid and improve my thyroid function and energy level dramatically. I became stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually than I'd ever been. Joining Energized Health was the best decision for improving my health that I've ever made. I've never looked back and I've never regretted it. It has been a success journey that my husband and I have loved taking together. Now our morning shuffle keeps us connected and gives us precious time together. It gets us out in nature with a new discovery. Every day I became a registered nurse 37 years ago because I wanted to help people learn how to be healthy naturally. I work in community outreach and lifestyle medicine. But when I found energized health, I literally couldn't wait to become a health coach. I've loved coaching more than any other work I've done. My greatest joy is witnessing people transform on their individual journeys to optimal hydration and help to that end.
