Ashley Lane - Meet The Team

Ashley Lane : Hey everyone, my name is Ashley, I currently live in the state of Washington. I am our coaching and client services manager. Basically, that means I manage our coaches as well as actually am a transformation coach myself. Um, I had an awesome transformation. So I did this program with a, a good chunk of my family. Um, it started with my, myself and my parents and then slowly but surely I had other family members decided to join after seeing our successes. It was just tremendous for everybody. It was a really incredible experience getting to do this with the people that I loved, but, you know, as far as diving into a little bit more about me. Um, I am an ex-college softball player and I've won big 10 championships and played the college world series and you know, it was in like top notch shape and just, you know, after my career ended, I pretty much just fell off the wagon to be honest with you. Um, but when I went through this protocol, I mean truly just kind of everything changed. Um you know, I thought I had stuff figured out before and I most certainly didn't. Um, but I think one of the biggest changes I saw was, you know, how I carried myself, the love that I had for myself, um, just just this confidence that had been missing for just a really, really long time and even with you know, the accolades and and how good I was at my sport, I didn't have that kind of confidence. Like I, I truly, I don't know, I don't know how I was good because I just, I was truly missing that like internal love for myself. And so, uh, that's one of the biggest things that I took from this and then physically, um I had really bad cystic acne, I've, I've never had such clear skin, I think in my entire life, I'm not sure. Um it's been a very long time, so my skin completely cleared up, My hair was really dry and brittle. Um, obviously super smooth now, I have a lot more of it, so that's always exciting too. Um, but yeah, but like I said, I just really truly feel like a completely renewed person. Um, Energized health was truthfully just life changing for me and um, you know, the mental and spiritual side, you know what John and Chelsea teach, there's just nothing like it and um, and that's part of the reason why I joined as a coach with Energized Health and you know, again, like I was a college softball player, I got into college coaching. The coaching has kind of always been in my blood and to my core, I have always felt like I believe leaving a person, a place, a company better than I found it and um, you know, I want to leave someone better, you know, mentally and spiritually better than I found them, you know, I want to be a part of someone's success and they're, they're just life changing success and um, you know, this opportunity allows me to serve in a way that absolutely gives me purpose in this life, and so, you know, um I've just always wanted to give back and I've had some tremendous mentors and um just people that have spoken and taught me just incredible lessons and imparted wisdom on me and I just, I want to give it back and so that is why, you know, I decided to become a coach and just empower other people to to just take on this journey as well and and know that anything is, anything is possible. Um so with that being said, I'm super excited for you to be a part of this family, a part of this company. Um it is absolutely one of a kind, it will be the best decision that you ever make um for yourself, for your family, So please take that leap of faith. Just just give yourself a chance. You know, give yourself a chance, we're going to take care of you and I cannot wait to meet you.
