How has Energized Health changed your life?
Hi, my name is Mike. I, uh, joined, uh, energized Health to, uh, because I had to make a major change in my health. I wasn't, uh, heading in the right direction. Didn't feel I'd be around very long if I didn't. So I was skeptical of the whole, uh, uh, concept and, but I figured, what have I got to lose, you know, and I'm no worse off. Uh, then I started if it, if it, if it doesn't work and if it does, I may have something to use the rest of my life. So, actually 100 and two days I, uh, uh, lost, uh, 100 or £91 while increasing my hydration and gaining muscle mass. Um, I've lost, uh, 35 inches overall in my body. It's allowed me to, uh, reduce my blood pressure medication by 75%. Uh, no more knee pain. Uh, I was using, uh, sleep aids, uh, because I was anxious and, and the extra weight on all my organs was hard to sleep and no more of that eliminated all of that. So my attitude is better, uh, more positive talking to others more. Um, I just feel so much better than I did before and I feel like I'm changing my life. So, uh, I thought it was gonna be hard. It, it wasn't, I thought I'd be hungry. I wasn't hungry at all. Uh, easy to follow. Uh, I just do what you can every day and, um, do it again the next day and just keep moving forward. So, uh, it's real, it works and the only thing is I wish I would have found a whole lot earlier. Oh, thank you.
