Lesa Mullins: Hi, this is Lesa Mullins. I'm checking in for my 10 week check in. Um, I have had some great results so far. My total transformation pounds are £38.8 and my total shape shift inches are 23.3 inches lost. Uh, I cannot believe this has only been 10 weeks. This is amazing. Uh, a little background I've had, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease back in 2010 and I tried the pharmaceuticals for about six months and I didn't have any relief from my pain levels, my discomfort and I just knew in my heart this pharmaceutical is not gonna fix this. It's just covering up the symptoms that I have. And I knew in my heart that it was probably my diet and my sugar addiction that was causing a lot of the inflammation. But, uh, that was in 2010. Ok. This is 2023 and I'm finally ready to look at my eating and I found Energized Health and I started on the program and at six weeks, I was already just really seeing some, some great results on the scale, but also in my um, discomfort level. My joints were feeling much better and I was moving much better at this 10 week mark just that little bit farther. 4, 4 more weeks farther. Uh, the weight has jumped again in a large way and my discomfort level is really down if I were to say scale 1 to 10 where it was like literally 8, 9 some days, 10, some days not being able to function. Uh It's down to a one and a two now. And that is just incredibly inspiring to my own self that I knew this. I knew this years and years ago, but I did not have the program. I've tried other things, tried other programs. Um but I did not have the full complete package of the in innercellular hydration. I just, that is the key. The hydration's the one of the main keys for me. Um, when you get your scale, when you start the program, once you get your scale and you see your beginning hydration number and what is optimum, I was like, there is no way. I've been drinking water. I drink water. This is fine. I had no idea how much difference it would make drinking the appropriate amount of water. And I'm still building. I'm 10 weeks in, I'm still pretty low on where I need to be, but I am super encouraged that uh this is just going to get better and better and better. Uh, even if I stopped today, this is amazing, but I'm not stopping today. I'm finishing the 88 days and I'm gonna keep on going because this is not just a, you know, one little blip in the timeline. This is for life, this is for the rest of my life, having these tools that will keep me in a better state of overall health.
