How has Energized Health changed your life?
Jim Moroni: Hi, my name is Jim Moroni. I'm 64 years old and I recently finished my 88 days. My total transformation was £26.7. My total shift shape was minus 21 inches. When I found out about the program, I wanted both myself and my wife to join, but my wife is a huge skeptic and she would not do it. So I did it myself to set an example. I had high blood pressure, extremely high cholesterol without medication. My cholesterol was in the four seventies and my triglycerides were unmeasurable. That was on two heavy duty medications. I'm also a type 2 diabetic and on two heavy duty medications. At one point, my A1C was approaching 10. Last week, I received my blood work results and all of my blood work is in the healthy ranges. My cholesterol around 130, both good and bad cholesterol levels were excellent. My A1C went from 7.7 six months ago down to 6.1. My blood pressure is normal. I think I'm setting a good example. Well, my wife is definitely seeing the difference in me physically and mentally, she still thinks I'm gonna put all the weight back on. Her health problems are worse than mine. She's on 14 different medications including Oxycodone for chronic pain. She can't sit or stand for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time and must lay down on her left side pretty much all day long. She's also a sugar-holic. She's on what I call the five C diet, chocolate, candy, cookies, cheese and cigarettes. After seeing my progress, I think she's starting to come around.
