Cynthia McCormick: Hi, my name is Cynthia and I wanted to share with you. I just finished my 88 day Energize Health transformation. Um, I began this program to help alleviate the massive pain I've been having for the last few years in my spine. I have a damaged spine. It kept me from doing everything going up the stairs, exercising anymore. And uh, well after 88 days, the pain is practically gone. Um, I can think more clearly now. I have no more brain fog. I'm sleeping eight hours as opposed to only sleeping four or five. My energy level is much higher. My balance has improved considerably. I can now exercise much longer than before. I have less joint pain. I have less. I have no more arthritis, arthritic pain. I have no more sinus headaches. Um, it's improved the relationship with my husband dramatically for the better. Um, lowered my blood pressure.
I'm much more positive. All I can say is this program is literally life changing. Um, I feel 20 years younger.
