What challenges did your business face from an IT perspective prior to working with Endpoint?
Tyler Ladenburg : We hired in-house IT some years ago when we were a smaller company and as we grew and became more geographically spread, it became increasingly obvious to us that one person was not going to be able to provide all of the services we need.
Why did you select Endpoint Utility Corp as your IT partner?
Tyler Ladenburg : What initially drew us to Endpoint was their ability to work with us regardless of our size. And as we scale, they would to be continue to be able to provide us our services, regardless of the number of people as well as how far away our company spread. And then what sealed the deal for me at least was to meet their senior team and realize the credentials they had, the fact that they are coming with a impressive resume of IT, education and background realizing that they have all of the know-how needed to help us continue to be safe, compliant and cutting edge in terms of our technology.
What benefits have you seen from having Endpoint as your IT partner and would you recommend them?
Tyler Ladenburg : There's a lot of benefits to working with Endpoint. But I think the biggest one is their responsiveness. Our team can send an email, can make a call with a ticket or a problem that they're having with their IT, or their devices and Endpoint is quick to respond. They can either remotely take over or they can send out a tech in some instances where we're nearby. But that's been the best thing is just how responsive they are. You get to know the people on the other end of the line. They know you, they recognize what your problems are. So it's a very personal relationship and they've done everything from help us with our digital security. They've helped to switch over our phone system to help us source equipment. So there have been a lot of benefits to switching to Endpoint and as far as recommending them to anybody - that's a strong yes. I think any small, medium size business, particularly people who are looking to grow would benefit greatly from talking to Endpoint.
