What challenges did your business face from an IT perspective prior to working with Endpoint?
Jeri Moon: Prior to Endpoint, when we reached out for IT services and support, we just weren't sure we were ever going to hear from somebody and, and would the problem be solved? Using Endpoint now that's not a concern of ours at all. We just reach out with an email and voila things get taken care of by Endpoint.
Why did you select Endpoint Utility Corp as your IT partner?
Jeri Moon: From the very beginning, I felt the authenticity of Endpoint and every single person I met on their team was so honest and true and just willing to just be there when we needed it. And, you know, listening to us finding our, what is it that we need and then servicing us in that area. We wanted to feel confident that when we provide classes and, and they are hybrid that our video equipment, audio equipment, PowerPoint, everything was going to work. And they have been on-site to help us and make sure just to make sure just to give us that confidence that it's going to be just fine. And that's just to me, very unique, instead of trying to hire staff to be here all the time to take care of things, they're just here spot on right when we need it. and not when we don't.
What benefits have you seen from having Endpoint as your IT partner and would you recommend them to other small businesses?
Jeri Moon: I would highly recommend Endpoint to other small businesses. They have the expertise and knowledge of coming from companies that are a lot larger and can totally staff and equip the IT part of their industry. Whereas a small business just can't afford that. And so having them have the knowledge and expertise to be your IT support and service is just the one of the best things we've done around here. And I work for the Realtor Association. And so I'm always reaching out to our brokerages saying, hey, this is an important piece. Don't, don't worry about the IT part of your job, go out there and sell real estate and let somebody else, the experts take care of your computers and your phones and the internet and everything else that you don't really want to deal with.
