What challenges did your business face from an IT perspective prior to working with Endpoint?
Eli Neal: Prior to working with Endpoint, we encountered all kinds of business challenges from an IT perspective, what computers to buy, what software to get and most importantly, what to do when something went wrong or broke. Endpoint has been invaluable in solving these problems.

Eli Neal: The benefit I've realized from working with Endpoint is really their availability and reliability. Anytime we have an issue, we know that we can call or email them and they'll get back to us shortly with a quick and concise answer to our problems. For us, we bill hourly and so reducing the amount of downtime and, and making it so that we don't have to research our own problems is paramount to us being able to help our clients succeed.
