Katelynn Pucci: Hi, I'm Caitlin Pucci, um, and I'm a licensed professional counselor here at Overcomers Counseling. Um, I've been here for about almost 4 years now. And I've loved every minute of it. I've had a lot of experiences in a bunch of different settings, but I feel that working at Overcomers has really created um and sustained uh a really cohesive and supportive environment, especially working remotely, um,
Why do you love working at Overcomers?
Katelynn Pucci: My colleagues here at Overcomers really make a world of a difference for me. Like I said, even though some of us are working remotely and not in an office every day, um, the way that we're able to communicate with each other and gain support and understanding and insight from each other, I think is so, so important. Outside of that, obviously, I love working with my clients. They're all amazing. Um, I enjoy being able to stand beside them as they grow and learn about themselves, and Um, what changes they'd like to make and watching them overcome their challenges,
Share a few details about the culture or benefits you enjoy at Overcomers.
Katelynn Pucci: I really enjoy the flexibility that Overcomers provides in allowing you to create and set your own schedule. I think it's really empowering to be able to know what your schedule's gonna look like from a day to day or week to week basis, um, and also be able to plan. Self-care and ability to take care of yourself as a therapist or working professional, um, at the same time. So that is definitely a big one. they also do a really great job at facilitating events companywide, um, as well as professional development and You know, yeah, in a variety of different areas, um, and expertises, um, they're always sharing your resources, and, um, it really just is a wonderful place, so thanks overcomers.
