Introduce yourself and describe your role at Overcomers.
Chelsea Bruntmyer: Hi, my name is Chelsea Bruntmyer. I have been a clinician with Overcomers counseling for the last 3 years. I am a virtual therapist. I primarily work with adolescents in early adulthood, so ages ranging from 12 years old to 25 years old.
Why do you love working at Overcomers?
Chelsea Bruntmyer: I love working for Overcomers because of the team, my supervision, and it allows for flexibility for my work-life balance. Um, the team is wonderful, although I am a virtual therapist. I do feel supported by my team. Um, we have a wonderful chat feature that we can ask questions, get support, um, when we're needing just a little bit extra. Uh, in addition, um, although I am virtual, Overcomers provides events, so I can't see my colleagues when we are able to all get together for those events. Um, supervision, I get wonderful supervision at Overcomers counseling. My supervisor is always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and give me the support I'm needing as I gain my hours for licensure. Finally, the work-life balance is nothing but supportive, um, in addition to being a clinician, I'm also a mom, and so I'm able to, um, work as a clinician, but then also take that hat off and be a mom, and overcomers is very accommodating to the fact that sometimes I, I can't have as many hours as maybe a full-time clinician had because I have to be with my family, um, and they are nothing but supportive in that space.

Chelsea Bruntmyer: ers provides for us. In addition, there are so many different supervisors that can provide supervision if you're a candidate for your license. Um, I personally am a candidate for my license right now, and I receive wonderful supervision. Um, if you work, uh, so many hours, it can be free to get supervision. So that is also a plus because there's not a lot of places out there that will provide free supervision. Um, I also do enjoy that Overcomers really does provide everything for me. Um, I have my platform for, uh, telehealth services, the EHR in order to do all my documentation. Um, they also provide, um, Everything that you really are needing as a clinician, um, which is a wonderful benefit.
