How would you describe your physical and emotional health BEFORE learning the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process?
Ellen McGarrigle: Before learning about the Stop Dieting Forever process, physically I was overweight. I was very unhappy with my appearance, and emotionally I was disappointed that I spent more time caring for others than I did for myself.
What result have you gotten from following the process?
Ellen McGarrigle: I have gotten several results from following the Stop Dieting Forever process. For one, I have learned a lot about myself, my thought process, how my thoughts affect my feelings and my actions, and how that determines the results that I get. It has also taught me how to actually lose weight and to enjoy my life more.
Why is this weight loss process different from a diet?
Ellen McGarrigle: This weight loss process is very different from a diet. It's a very individualized program that teaches you how to observe your body and how it responds to certain foods. It also teaches you to learn about your emotional health and how we sometimes eat our feelings, which is an important part of the program that I don't feel is addressed by many other programs, and it also is a very user friendly process.
