Can you describe your life and fitness level before joining the program and how it's changed?
So my life before working with Elizabeth was a very sedentary one. I was a student prior to working with her and I was sitting a lot from studying and I just resorted to eating out a lot just for things that were convenient. And, um, and I just got fed up with myself and how I was looking and feeling and I found her Instagram page and I was really intrigued with her, um physically, I mean, she looks amazing and what she was promoting as far as gut health and tracking your macros that just really resonated with me. What specific goals have you achieved since starting this nutrition and fitness journey?
So some specific goals that I've achieved since I've started my fitness journey has been working out lifting specifically for five days a week. I average 12,000 steps a day. And I have been able to track my macros daily. Like I'm consistently reaching 100 and 30 g of protein every day. I have been able to progressively overload with my weight training. So I'm lifting a lot of weight more than I ever thought I would be able to lift. Um which is really, it's really cool. It's, it's really fun to see like your muscle definition and just how far you can actually push yourself physically. Um So, yeah.
