Could you describe a time that Agnes helped you?
PETER NWITE: Yeah, Agnes has been a very social person, you know, 7005 looking for an ocean expert. Then, you know, coming across someone like Agnes, it was let me say a dream, a dream come true. So she basically helped me set up a whole new level of awesomeness on my notion boards. So, um that we offer this.
How would you describe Agnes in three words?
PETER NWITE: To describe Agnes. In three words, let's see, resourceful, calm and very, very welcoming. Yeah, she's enthusiastic as well.
Why is Agnes different from other similar products or services?
PETER NWITE: So Agnes is different from other service providers in that she, she knows what to do. She exactly knows how to go. She knows her onions simply. But so she, even if she doesn't have the solution to a problem, she always makes sure that she does everything within her power to get me a solution. You know, there was a time that I want automation. I was really having a heck of a time with automation and then this was something outside of scope. She asked some colleagues for me and then I'm really appreciative of Agnes and of course, I do tell her from time to time that she keeps it up this way. Then the sky is just a starting point for her.
