When and why did you join EIMS?
John Ryan Dapetilla : So I joined EIMS in June last year. I have a friend who was already working here then and he said you've got to join me in this wonderful, amazing company and you should be with me here. I asked what's unique about the company? And she basically said, "You will see it when you get here" and when I got to EIMS truly, I said, wonderful company where people have been given this opportunity to become more than themselves. You know what I love about the company is that they're actually giving you the environment, they're giving you the tools in order for you to become the best version of yourselves. The wonderful thing about the company is that you are working with people who have the hunger, who have the desire and the champion mindset and I think that's our USP.
What is your role and what do you love about it?
John Ryan Dapetilla : At the moment I am working as one of the global talent acquisition specialist for EIMS The thing that I love the most about this job is I get to talk with professionals all around the world, being professionals in Europe and North America, and in Australia and new Zealand and really, you know, gaging whether or not they would be a perfect fit, well, good fit to work with EIMS. For mutual benefit of course, and as well as the fact that I have helped many candidates get the career that they want and get the career that they deserve and seeing them progress through the career ladder. I think that that's a wonderful fulfilling career as a recruiter and a wonderful feeling for me as the recruiter, right.
What are you most proud of?
John Ryan Dapetilla : Well, there are lots and lots of things to be proud of. But I am most proud of the fact that I am helping many professionals all around the world get the career that they want, that they deserve in EIMS. Helping them succeed through the career in EIMS also gives me fulfilment. I think the fact that I am working for an international sales and marketing company which has been in business for 27 years now, that's something to be proud of and working with really hungry, really, let's say eager individuals in the Philippine office and all around the world. I think it is something to be proud of! That's not something that you can find in any other company in the world. I think.
What stands out to you about the culture at EIMS?
John Ryan Dapetilla : Well, there are lots of company culture that stands out to me while working in EIMS. I think the fact that I am working with really driven, dynamic individuals, that are helping you out, especially when you're new. We have this culture of pulling each other up rather than pulling each other down. And I think that's really something that stands out to me the most. It's quite easy for you to reach out your managers and your your higher ups. I think that, these are actually people who are interested in helping you succeed in your career, because your success in this company is the company's success as well. And I think it really stands out to me the most.
