When and why did you join EIMS?
Ava Lewis : Hi, I'm Ava. I'm one of the business unit directors here at EIMS. So when and why did I join the business? So I joined the business just over three months ago. Now, why did I join? Several reasons why; Firstly, the culture, that's something that's really important to me. The development opportunities, not just for myself but for everyone at every level across the organization. And also the traveling opportunities, which is something that I'm super passionate about.
What is your role and what do you love about it?
Ava Lewis : So what is my role? And what do I love about it? My role is business unit director, as I mentioned, so I'm responsible for one of the three units here within the UK. My role encompasses everything operational, so for recruiting new candidates into the business, onboarding and executing all new programs with all new clients that come on board, which in turn help growth of the organization. What do I love about the business? I love the people. Everyone is super passionate at what they do and everyone encourages each other to grow.
What are you most proud of?
Ava Lewis : So what am I proud of? Well, typically around 85% of all promotions within EIMS happen internally. I'm super proud that I was chosen as an external candidate to become business unit director.
What stands out to you about the culture at EIMS?
Ava Lewis : So what stands out to me about the culture at EIMS. What I really love is the coaching culture that EIMS promotes. It really allows everyone to grow and provides a sense of support and encouragement for everyone to achieve and succeed and be the best version of themselves that they can be.
