When and why did you join EIMS?
Alex Burgess: My name's Alex Burgess. I'm an Account Manager at EIMS. I've been here for the last year. The reason why I joined EIMS is just I saw it as the next step in my career development to really join a company that was looking to grow and push the boundaries and what we're looking to achieve within the market. And the people that I spoke to throughout my interview process really just gave me that confidence and belief that this was the right landing spot for me next.
What is your role and what do you love about it?
Alex Burgess: I'm an Account Manager at EIMS. And I think that I learnt that most of my role is two fold; First is communication both internally and externally, with clients, really growing my network of people who I get to speak to on a daily basis. And then problem solving, using those communication skills to really understand the core of any problem, work as a team to find the solution and then deliver those solutions, which result in fantastic revenue for our client.
What are you most proud of?
Alex Burgess: I think the thing I'm most proud of is I wake up every day and I know that I'm going to be making a difference. And for me, that gives me a lot of content in my life. I really focus my goals where we're in a sales environment, it's all about happiness and I'm really happy, the choices I make on a daily basis that allow my clients to see success. But then internally allowed to see my colleagues and peers progress throughout the company with me.
What stands out to you about the culture at EIMS?
Alex Burgess: I think one of my favorite things about the culture of EIMS Is how diverse the company is from top to bottom. The amount of different nationalities we have, genders and so on and so forth throughout the company. It allows people to just really be themselves. And I think that's when you get the best version of people, when they're not trying to become something else and allows them to achieve their goals and growth right. Because they're being who they are.
