What was your overall experience like in the online, self-paced class with Education Pathways?
Dylan Young: My name is Dylan and I'm a real estate agent in New Jersey, and I use education pathways for my continuing education credits. From the start, they showed me what sets them apart. Um, once I completed the courses, Paul over at Education Pathways submitted them to the state, and he called me directly to explain that they were rejected for reasons unknown to me or him at the time. Um, it was a state issue, come to find out later on. But he stuck with me and he continued to resubmit every time I asked him to once we thought that the issue was fixed, even though it wasn't. He resubmitted quite a few times, and that's just a testament of education pathways going above and beyond what is within their scope of work for a continuing education provider, so I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone going forward that you should be using education pathways to take your continuing education courses or whatever other courses that they do offer.
How did the self-paced nature of the course, along with the audio and interactive activities, contribute to your learning experience?
Dylan Young: While taking my courses with education pathways, I had a lot going on during the day. I did do them in my home, but. It's the self-paced nature of the courses that allowed me to kind of go through my at my own pace while I have things going on throughout the day. And I will say for all the continuing education that I've done, that there's activities in it that kind of kept me engaged while I was taking the courses because sometimes most of you may know, it can be a bit mundane to take these courses. So it was nice to have some some interactive activities and learning. Um, I think it did help me retain some of the information, especially even though, you know, during some of the small tests at the end. But there are some things that I pulled from there that really did help me. With, you know, updated. Information through the state when it came to uh. The courses provided.
Reflecting on your journey through the course, how did you feel afterward about your professional development and licensing renewal?
Dylan Young: Well, the professional development that education pathways helped with was just through the courses themselves, they were pretty interactive, they helped me retain more information, which is a It's a positive because sometimes they can be a bit mundane on these courses, you know, PowerPoints and everything else so. Having more hands-on activities when it comes to that type of thing helped me retain the information, and then when it came to the licensing renewal Paul over at Education pathways really went above and beyond. What I would say any continuing education course provider should have to do, especially for the price point that they're providing. He stuck with me, resubmitted, uh, my. Education courses to the state quite a few times, um, before they were finally accepted due to an issue on the state's part, it had nothing to do with with them. This was a state issue that they finally fixed towards the back end, but Paul over an education pathways really stuck with me and uh he resubmitted quite a few times on my behalf, so I appreciate them very much.
