So when I found out about EDU, I applied to the programme and I got accepted, and I definitely do not regret it because the programme is a perfect fit for me. You get early exposure to patient care from week 10 on, and get to be part of the physicians team, get to be part of the meetings, get to be part of the rounds. You get to be part of patient care: according to your abilities tasks get delegated to you, you get to draw blood, to assist in surgeries; So you're definitely exposed to the medical field and don't just stand around and wait. But usually on your clinical rotations, you get to be part of what the daily life of a physician would look like and that definitely shaped my view and actually confirms my decision to study at EDU.
