Could you describe how Pain Free Ability Training with Eric has helped you?

Jonathon Wolfe: Hey, I'm john. When I first started working with Eric, I had some pretty bad knee pain, but Eric really listened to what was going on with my body. And he had some very specific exercise recommendations for me that I followed over the course of a few weeks and now my knee is pain free again and I can squat as much as I want to.

How would you describe Pain Free Ability Training in three words?

Jonathon Wolfe: Let's see pain free training in three words... I'd say flexible, I'd say comprehensive and intelligent, because it really seems to be based on a very thorough understanding of human anatomy and how it actually functions, as opposed to just something out of a textbook.

What makes Eric's methods and style of training different from other similar methods or services?

Jonathon Wolfe: something that I've noticed in working with Eric is he's really good at helping you develop strength through the full range of motion with your muscles and that has for me led to clearing up some of my knee pain and other issues I've had. I also think Eric's really good at listening to clients and not just giving them a one size fits all approach, but really tailoring his recommendations to what's gonna work for a particular client's body at their strength, level, their age, their ability to recover. So I think he's very good at personalizing the training to clients.
