Could you describe how Pain Free Ability Training with Eric has helped you?

Scott Denny: So here's a brief testimony about how pain free fitness training with ERIC has helped me specifically with elbow pain right in this general area. A couple of years ago I started experiencing tendinitis, tennis elbow, whatever it was, that would really limit my ability to pull what they pull up. Or even in crossfit, do a rope climb. And even some of the times the simplest things that you've maybe seen erIC describe even blowing your nose. The pain of just pushing would really be exacerbated in my right elbow. Over the course of two years, I had talked to ERIC about it at the gym and you give me a few little bits of information on how I might strengthen some of the tendons or some of the muscles and this part of my arm. And it wasn't until the winter of this past year or this year. Earlier this year where I started actually taking the training of Pain free fitness and dealing with specific movements oddly enough, are interesting enough to me in my shoulder during some of those rotations, maybe you've seen ERIC do on some of his videos and other sorts of exercises that really seemed to be strengthened my shoulder area scapula, those sorts of muscles. And that part of my arm. And sure enough, over the course of time, the pain started to dissipate when I began to use pulling motions uh in in training and exercising even everyday life. And the pain began to slowly minimize and and go and further decrease over time. And right now I can pretty much do any sort of exercising I want to do without any pain, without any sort of assistance, uh, in any movements that would that I used to use that would eliminate and take the pressure off of my elbow to eliminate that pain. So I'm grateful for it. Um, I'm, you know, I guess I'm, I'm a believer in it really, that's sort of training, which sort of seems really simple and basic, interesting enough, really had a profound impact on my elbow pain specifically. And even even so far as going to the point of my shoulders, 40 ish years ago, I damaged my shoulder and high school sports and just always had a real limited range in that shoulder, my right shoulder and through again through some of the pain free fitness training, the shoulder mobility began to increase the pain decrease. And um, I'm really grateful for it until we had a great impact on my ability to just to continue training without pain. So I'm all for it.

How would you describe Pain Free Ability Training in three words?

Scott Denny: How would I describe pain free ability training three words Foundational simple movements?

What makes Eric's methods and style of training different from other similar methods or services?

Scott Denny: ERic is really engaged as a trainer. He's always asking good questions and asking the questions. He's also very good listener and hearing what is going on with me physically or what I'm trying to accomplish practically, whether being training or just foundational e fundamentally and movement and after listening, he always has a very good explanation or a very good um analysis of what we might try to accomplish in order to move me along further in my training. So eric's a faithful man when it comes to his trade and when it comes to hearing the needs of his client and then seeking to apply real foundational, practical principles of training to help with whatever it is I'm trying to accomplish.
