Seth Stein: Hi everyone Seth stein Ceo of Eastridge workforce Solutions actually recording this video after leaving a phenomenal session on Ceo perspectives in the staffing industry and three things that came up that I'm really proud that were also on the front lines within our phenomenal industry and you know, number one is specialization And um, Eastridge offers a diverse line of products and services to serve the workforce solutions business, including staffing for 10 specialty lines. And so I'm pleased that for years and for years to come, we're gonna be focusing on that. You know, next is up skilling and through our gateway to attaining technical experience assessment and screening program. I really feel like we're able to advocate for workers to look at other positions and take their skills to a whole new level. Next is advisory services. And one of the things that we've been talking about that I'm looking forward to investing in next year is advisory services and perhaps a line of coaching services from our team of experts and our phenomenal board members and then last but not least is digitization. And one of the panelists talked about how companies like Lyft and Starbucks have really digitized the engagement with their customers and through the Eastridge cloud vendor management system, we have an opportunity to automate and streamline uh the selection and procurement of phenomenal talent around the world. So I'm really excited where the industry is going and I'm really excited that again, we're on the front lines of these trends and um I'm excited to continue to share how Eastridge is contributing to our great industry.
