Evan Levine: levin here coming at, you live from the closing of Staffing world 2022 for us here at East Ridge workforce solutions and we learned so many great things, so many amazing takeaways. But there are really two things that stuck with me that I thought our key trends in the industry um and actually in the talent world right now, two things one if your organization doesn't have an up skilling program to elevate your workforce in addition to helping them understand what their next step or career path is gaining new skills um and really motivating and supporting their journey, you're falling behind. It's really key to develop that program, stick with it and understand who who can benefit from it most. So I'm really proud of estrogens gate program for elevating our manufacturing and labor workforce. Um still lots of work to be done in places that it can be applied or in other ways. So up skilling is a major takeaway as a trend in the industry and the tower market right now. The other one comes from on the technology side, a lot of technology an overwhelming amount for sure. But if um your team can identify a way to automate your workflows, not just for the candidate experience but for your internal team, how can you automate and make your internal teams workflow experience better and more efficient. That is gonna make your talent experience 10 times better. It's gonna make it more efficient, you can engage with talent faster and your internal team will have an easier and better time doing it. There was a lot of really cool technology, um, that we got to see, uh, and some really cool takeaways to butt up skilling and automating your internal workflows to engage with talent, um, or two key takeaways, and I'm excited to share more with everybody soon and looking forward to what comes next.
