Hey everyone. It's Chris Diaz, the Associate Director of Admin OC. I'm so thrilled to announce our Eastridge Excellence Award for Q4. As you know, we have the privilege of making a positive impact on those we serve and the winner demonstrated the value of delivering their best. This person had a strong Quarter 4 and beat their 2022 gross profit results even in a down market. Their hard work and commitment to a top client, Bandai Namco helped us uncover a huge opportunity for multiple business lines. They also received four client shoutouts during our client NPS survey which proves that they have exceptional relationship building skills. I can honestly say that this person delivered their best not only in Q4, but throughout the year. I'm proud to announce that the Eastridge Excellence Award goes to Jamie Banh. Congrats Jamie.
