Dylan Chau, 21: uh, personally for me, early work played a huge role in me landing the current role I'm at, um I was fortunate enough to be introduced to one of their partners and actually land the role. And I think for this role specifically, um, it made a big difference because this was a start up company and they didn't have any say, job postings on websites like seek Or indeed, the only way that I pretty much, um, would have been able to land this role was through a partner of introduction. Um, but in that, in that sense, I think you're not only a lot of a lot of graduates from early work land roles outside of partner introductions. Um, early work still does an amazing job with job search and mentoring and 1 to 1 coaching to actually help you land a good role with companies again outside, um, their partnership. And a lot of big tech companies out there
