What is one specific way Detra’s coaching, podcast, or message changed the way you think or approach your life or goals?

Titilope Olubanwo: Hello, my name is Titi Lokme from Lagos, Nigeria, and I am to talk about how teachers coaching podcasts or message changed the way I think or approach life. Oh yes. I was opportune to be coached by Dera severally, and my mindset towards life has totally changed. She made me realize that, she usually say one thing, that what makes you think that the same energy you give out to people, the same love you give out to people, the same grace you give out to people, what makes you think you don't need it? What makes you think you cannot give that grace, that energy or that care? What makes you think you can't give it to yourself? I know it has always tucked with me because. Being a girl child, sometimes you feel like, oh, we are responsible for a lot of people, or we are responsible for our kids, our parents, and then you forget to give that, extend that care and, and love to yourself. So my mindset has honestly changed in the sense that I have, I give myself more grace. I treat myself more importantly than how I treat people, same as I treat people. My mindset has changed in the sense that I need to, be confident in myself, be confident in myself, and I need to believe more in myself. And the goals I have been recently, the goals I have been recently pursuing helps me to consider how the teachers teaching and or coaching has taught me. I put them in place and I see changes, drastic changes in the recent months. So yeah.

Share a moment when something Detra said inspired you to take action, trust your next step, or see an opportunity you hadn't noticed before.

Titilope Olubanwo: Yeah, so one moment when Detra said something that really inspired me or take action, trust the next step, or see an opportunity, they notice, OK. Honestly, the best day of my, I wouldn't say the best day of my life, but the best thing that has happened to me of recent was. One of my coaching sessions with Dera, and she says, Titi, stop seeking validation. Stop waiting on validation. And that really inspired me because, sometimes I used to second guess myself, and sometimes I, I, I, I suffer from self-confidence. And she says, if you wait for validation, you might wait forever and that would, that would, that would not help you gain clarity because clarity can only happen when you take a step. That shifted my mindset. That shifted my mindset totally. And of recent I have implemented it and it has been working for me. In my career, in the, in the journey I wanna take about my education, about family, also, it has really worked for me. So, yeah. That is, that is, that is, that's one moment that. Because that was, that's, that's still close to my heart. I can never forgive that word.

If someone was considering working with Detra or following the I See Fishes Framework, what would you tell them?

Titilope Olubanwo: Yeah, if someone was to work with litra or following their sea fishies framework, what would you tell them? What would I tell them? First of all, I would want to say, I see fishes is all about what God gives only you to see. What you see others wouldn't see. And that's OK because God has given you that to see, and that is your own, like, that's your own way of life or that's your work, that's your own assignment. I think, yeah, that's your own assignment. So first of all, for you to see fishes, you have to let go of baggages. You have to let go of whatever that doesn't align with you, whatever that doesn't align with your purpose for you to see fishes. And thankfully for people or for coaches like Detra that God uses to help us to see or to, to, to see ourselves. Or to see our, our, our potentials or to see our manifestation. So, you have to let go, come with an open mind and listen, listen, listen to assimilate, listen to understand, and, yeah, I think, I think that's, that's what I would, I would want to say.
