What is your favorite feature/aspect of 360MatchPro?
Janice Fountaine: Our favorite aspect of 360MatchPro is that it makes the process very easy for our donors. So often we heard that they had no idea if their company matches gifts or who to reach out to at their organization to even find out. It was an extra step that most people did not want to take. 360MatchPro takes that step out and gives them the information, and sometimes the form, that they need to submit in order to have their donation matched. People love having double or even triple the impact.
Lauren Mason: My favorite feature of 360MatchPro is that it embeds directly into our website so we can set it and forget it. We don't have to think about it, and it's always there and available for our donors to come and type in and easily process. All the information's already set up, so there's very little we have to do once it's implemented. It is a fantastic resource for us in increasing the amount of funding we're able to use in the community.
Jill Carrel: I would say my favorite feature of 360MatchPro is the customizable, automated communication. We have a really small team at Pi Phi Foundation, and I am really looking forward to the benefits of being able to really just set it and forget it and have all of that messaging, just go out on an ongoing basis.
Curtis Chadbourne: 360MatchPro has a lot of great features but what I like best isn't a feature, it's the staff. They are super helpful and so easy to work with, and that means an awful lot.
Shawn Wood: My favorite feature actually is that it includes the electronic real-time gift updates on where a donor is in the match process immediately. So if they're eligible for a match, it automatically lets them know after they've made the gift and provides the certain forms that they may need to execute that match. That by far is and that automation of a follow up as a nudge, just to give that donor the extra opportunity, if this is something that they would like to do.
Carrie Chen: Our favorite feature by far is the Double the Donation search tool. This tool is useful for staff, volunteers, and our donors. Anyone can go into the search tool and quickly find updated and accurate information for any company when it comes to how to apply for corporate matching. That's really been the biggest change in how we've been able to approach corporate matching with our organization.
