What problems does your organization work to solve?
Carrie Chen: As a small nonprofit, we're always trying to work smarter with our limited resources in order to achieve the planned results of gifting a large donation to the school district that we support.
What matching gift challenges did you face before using 360MatchPro? What challenges has 360MatchPro solved for you?
Carrie Chen: Our biggest challenge when it comes to matching gifts is ensuring that all of our donors have the information at their fingertips so that they can easily apply for a corporate matching gift. Using the Double the Donation search engine tool and 360MatchPro has really helped us to overcome that challenge.
What is your favorite feature or aspect of 360MatchPro?
Carrie Chen: Our favorite feature by far is the Double the Donation search tool. This tool is useful for staff, volunteers, and our donors. Anyone can go into the search tool and quickly find updated and accurate information for any company when it comes to how to apply for corporate matching. That's really been the, the biggest change in how we've been able to approach corporate matching with our organization.
What will your organization be able to do with increased matching gifts?
Carrie Chen: With increased corporate matching gift revenue, we'll be able to provide even more support to the public school district that we partner with.
What would you recommend to a fellow fundraiser considering 360MatchPro?
Carrie Chen: For anyone that is considering this tool, I would first consider your current staff and volunteer capacity and what your current level of corporate match return is from your donors. Double the Donation is a great tool for those who are just getting started on engaging donors about corporate matching.
