What matching gift challenges have you solved with 360MatchPro?

Curtis Chadbourne: The biggest challenge for our matching gift program was awareness. Most donors don't know their company will match their donations. 360MatchPro's search function, being able to be integrated seamlessly into our donation forms and our web pages made it easy for donors to learn how to access their company's matching dollars.

Lauren Mason: Before using 360MatchPro, we did not have a way to capture and process matching gifts for donors. Now we are able to create a seamless experience for our users where they can type in their company and easily find out if they match, which is increasing the number of donors who choose to get their gift match, which gives us twice the amount of funding.

Shawn Wood: Prior to utilizing the 360MatchPro program, we depended on one on one interactions with our donors. Suggesting that they can contact their human resources department and their company to find out if it is a program that that company provides, what the ratio may be, what types of forms or hoops to jump through. Utilizing the 360MatchPro that is automatic as soon as they make an electronic gift, they are alerted of that opportunity. Forms are readily available, the matches are provided as well. It's been set up to where actually if the donor just makes the gift and keeps moving on that, an email just follows up just suggesting to them such and after a certain amount of time, there's a another follow up nudge that automatically will go to those that didn't go ahead and execute that matching opportunity.

Jill Carrel: Before we became a client of Double the Donation and started using the 360MatchPro software, we were really in a place where we were reactive to donors who wanted to amplify their gift through their employer matching gift program. With just the few short weeks that we've been partnering with Double the Donation and using the 360MatchPro, I can already tell that we are transitioning really from that reactive space to a proactive space and really taking the lead and managing the communications with our donors and helping them learn more about the benefits that their employers offer them through corporate matches, and what that could do to amplify their gift and leave a bigger impact on Pi Phi.

Janice Fountaine: Like many smaller national nonprofits, each staff member has to wear many hats, and there is only so much time that can be spent in each fundraising area. We felt that we were probably missing out on revenue from matching gifts. We knew we had a core group that were loyal matching gift donors but felt there had to be more. So we looked for a solution to help us, that could be automated and 360MatchPro was the best product for our organization. 360MatchPro integrates with our sales for CRM and automatically sends donors an email following their donation that gives them matching gift information for their employer or an easy way to check if their company matches gifts. We could also add a page to our website about matching gifts that included their employer search tool.

Carrie Chen: Our biggest challenge when it comes to matching gifts is ensuring that all of our donors have the information at their fingertips so that they can easily apply for a corporate matching gift. Using the Double the Donation search engine tool and 360MatchPro has really helped us to overcome that challenge.
