What was your biggest challenge prior to working with DOPE Media?
Matej: Before starting working with DOPE Media, I didn't know how to scale the campaigns on Facebook properly. And secondly, I didn't know anything about google advertising as well. My third problem was remarketing. I haven't set my email email marketing campaigns and a lot of important aspects of marketing were missing. Uh and I didn't know how to set them properly. So Črt, the founder of DOPE Media Media, helped me to increase the sales and he improved all aspects of advertising in my online store.
What results have you seen since working with DOPE Media
Matej: So when I started working with DOPE Media, I was a little bit skeptical because I had a really terrible experience with the first digital agency I worked with. So DOPE Media was totally different. In the first month of our collaboration, we increased the revenue, the monthly revenue by around 20-25%. And most important, most importantly, we increased the net profit at the end of the first month. And January is actually the second month. I'm working with DOPE Media and Črt and his team increased the net profit of my of my sales by around 150%. And secondly, also really important is that DOPE Media improved the conversion rate in my store and they also increased the average order, average order value and also the uh and also the rate of returning customers. So I'm really happy that I have started working with DOPE Media.
Why would you recommend DOPE Media to anyone who is thinking about working with them?
Matej: My friend who works in the e commerce field has recommended Črt, the founder of DOPE Media, to be one of the best digital marketers in Slovenia. But this was not the reason why I've chosen DOPE Media to be responsible for my sales. I've chosen DOPE Media because I read a lot of positive feedback from other clients with whom Črt worked with and I was really impressed when we conducted our first online onboarding meeting, where Črt and his team told me everything that needed to be done to improve facebook advertising, google advertising and also, uh, email and also how to set the email marketing campaigns properly.
