Jason Saline: When it comes to coaching, Charles has delivered a ton of value to our organization here at CB insights, whether it's a group session or one on one trainings, Charles gives the team actionable tactics they could use in their sales conversations. His approach is refreshing in that he makes it fun. Uh, and I think that that leads to individuals being much more engaged than, you know, maybe other forms of coaching that are maybe too high level and, and to dry. Um, and I think the main thing with Charles is that he keeps challenging himself to bring new ideas to the table. And so he's on the front lines of experimenting and seeing what's out there in the industry and bringing it to the team. Uh, and really just sharing examples of things that he's done himself or things that he's observed from other sales people that have worked.
