What problems were you facing before working with us?

Um I explained my situation before they confirmed that they could do it and they couldn't requested information. I couldn't get the day I canceled and asked for my documents to be returned. How are you using your vehicle now?
Sasquatch Durgin : Well, I purchased the right hand side BMW. I wanted a nice little luxury car, take my mom to doctor's appointments. People can look and admire it. Um, and so that's what I've been doing and kind of showing it off. But again, it was a primary third car. So, um, I was just appreciative of how fast they, they were with the turnaround.
