What's your name and role at DRA? What's involved in the role?
Hello, my name is Ashley Vaughan. I am digital reaches account executive. I have been here for about a year, a little over a year and a half now, I started actually in the paid media department and then I transitioned about a year and three months in into the sales department as an account executive. Um Some of the things I like about D. R. A R. There's little to no micromanagement, you're really given the freedom to do your own thing, um manage yourself, but at the same time you do have a team of really smart people to give you feedback. Um You learn a lot really, really quickly, which was something that I really really liked about um starting here. Um and I think that there's a lot of flexibility number one as its remote work. Um The company is fully distributed um fully remote since its inception. Um so there is flexibility and understanding there that I think isn't, it doesn't exist in some other companies. So that's something I love. Uh the team environment is also awesome. You get to work with some of the smartest, kindest and funniest people. Um there's really a great air of camaraderie and drive as a company to grow individually. Um and then from a revenue standpoint, so there's always a lot of motivation. Um so that's awesome. It's really contagious. I've really learned a lot here as a dimension marketer and I think one of my favorite things about dairy is that the people who do well are really given the opportunity for new roles or higher roles offer professional development. Um And there's a lot of flexibility within the company to do something else. Um if you're interested in that. And I also think that there's an air of openness where if something is not going well for you, you know there's certain people you can talk to and they do really listen to you. Um Those are some of the highlights um that I've had working for D. R. A. And I'm super excited to continue working here in my new role. Yeah.
