Ben Tawiah: Hello, everyone. My name is Benedict Tawiah. the director of digital marketing here at AYP. I've been with AYP for almost about two years now and I've been focusing on building our digital presence and also helping create impactful campaigns that engages with our community. Now, joining AYP has allowed me to collaborate with so many talented individuals all around the world. We've developed innovative digital strategies and at least at first hand, I have seen the positive impact that it's making around the globe.
What inspires you to volunteer with AYP?
Ben Tawiah: So what truly inspires me here at AYP is one our mission and then also the community that we serve. I'm always motivated to see like the work that we do and how it contributes to the positive change in our communities. Um I'm excited, you know, about a commitment from everyone here at AYP. It's very inspiring and it creates, you know, an environment where everyone is dedicated to make a difference.
Tell us about the exciting opportunities on your team!
Ben Tawiah: So we have some exciting opportunities for people who would like to volunteer and join the team. If you like working on different projects, whether it's managing social media campaigns, whether it's creating new content, whether it's, you know, even strategizing Google ads for maximum reach. We are, you know, looking for those people on board. We are also looking for people who are creative thinkers who have fresh ideas, whether it's improving our existing strategies or, you know, launching new strategies. We want all of those people on board. Being a part of this team means that you would at least have a first hand experience in various aspects of digital marketing. And then you would also be able to collaborate with various departments across AYP to help drive our mission forward.
How do you envision this role having a missional impact?
Ben Tawiah: So in this role of digital marketing, every campaign, every post, is an opportunity for us to share AYP's mission with the wider audience. We are able to reach more people, we are able to raise awareness and even we are able to encourage people to act. It is also an opportunity that helps tell AYP story in an impactful way within our community and also inspire people to join our mission.
