What does democracy mean to you? Why is a healthy democracy important?
Donelle Mutiva: What does democracy mean to me and why is a healthy democracy important? I would say that democracy means to me that every voice matters that uh for lack of better terms, there's a balance to uh every policy that is passed um for the better good of the entire populace and a healthy democracy is important so that no constituent has ever left out or felt neglected or unheard or uh any constituent environment showing repercussions of the lack thereof.
