What has your experience been like working with Design Line Insurance?
Victoria Villanueva: Hello, my name is Victoria Villanueva and I am doing the review based on um I'm the hr manager from behavior, genius and behavior, genius experience working with design line insurance has been exceptional. Um We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude especially for Scotty Chappell from um DL I agency for his assistance with our workers comp insurance. Not only has he saved us so much money, but he's also identified the best solutions for our employees injuries and streamlined some of our processes which was really important to us. Um We've also been impressed with every single suggestion that he has made for us um When it came to the nurse triage and R PM services to Zend. Um We've just been very excited to be working with him and collaborating with him. And um so yeah, thank you so much Scotty.
How has DLI helped your business? (eg: saved money, claims management, better coverage, better service, etc)
Victoria Villanueva: How has DL I helped our business here at behavior genius so many ways. Um starting with Scotty, he was very um educated us, starting down from the basics. Um also saved money, claims management. Um We've also improved other um processes that help, which helped to streamline our processes, better coverage and better services.
Would you recommend DLI to other businesses? Why?
Victoria Villanueva: Would behavior genius recommend DL I to other businesses and why? Yes, we would. Um mainly Scotty again. He has just been so helpful, so knowledgeable. Um not only has yl I saved us money, but it also has helped us streamline processes um down from the nurse triage to R PM to Zend. And we're just really excited that, you know, um we've been working with you guys and so far we love it and we definitely recommend to other businesses.
