What has your experience been like working with Design Line Insurance?
Nick Capriccio: Hi, my name is uh Nick Capriccio with Garvey Wholesale Beverage. Um My experience with design line insurance has been great. Uh We actually moved to them from a broker we used for a few years and uh working with Scotty Chapel was excellent uh during the onboarding phase was very helpful just to get, you know, we have 50 employees here just to get everybody aligned and uh processed over. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend anybody using it.
How has DLI helped your business? (eg: saved money, claims management, better coverage, better service, etc)
Nick Capriccio: Biggest way that DL I has helped us in our processes is the main thing is just been understanding our mod and how to, you know, get the mod down um through internal processes that we can do just to help make sure employees are being safer and following, you know, certain guidelines. Uh They've also the technology that they bring to the table is huge for our business. Uh We used to have to do a lot of paper filing uh just to submit things to the coverage agents and stuff like that. Um But with their online platforms and the way that we can submit work comp cases has been huge just to streamline our business.
Would you recommend DLI to other businesses? Why?
Nick Capriccio: I would absolutely recommend DL I to other businesses, uh, as the business owner, they really help me in my management of the business and any employees that get hurt. Um, I think they're a huge part of what we do today and I would recommend them to anybody looking for brokers out there.
