What has your experience been like working with Design Line Insurance?
Carmen Johnson: Here at MJD development. We're excited about partnering with DL I and Kyle Berger, their dedication to servicing our organizations specific needs and their commitment has been nothing but exemplary. We appreciate Kyle Berger's extensive and expansive knowledge and experience in regards to specific lead to, uh, the workman's comp aspect. We've, um, had a seamless transition in, um, having Kyle as our broker, uh, very excited about all of the resources that they offer, um, to our organization. How has DLI helped your business?
Carmen Johnson: DL I and Kyle Berger have helped our business um through claims management uh by providing a plethora of resources, one on one engagement, answering key questions, offering additional resources and support whenever needed. Um offering explanations um as well as uh projections for um mitigating um other items that, that can help save us money as well.
Would you recommend DLI to other businesses? Why?
Carmen Johnson: I would strongly recommend Dl I and Kyle Berger to any organization, their customer service. The, again, the plethora of resources, their ongoing support, the knowledge and e expansive understanding that they provide to their customers um is uh outstanding and second to none, I, I wouldn't consider using any other organization now that I'm with DL I and Kyle Burger is a outstanding account manager and um just a benefit altogether.
